In 2023, the two companies together achieved recordsales of 25,847 cars, which constitutes an impressive 39% increase on theprevious year. This is not only the best result in our history, but also arecord for the entire automotive industry in Poland. The sales network iscomprised of 49 dealership points throughout Poland, where we sell cars ofbrands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Alfa Romeo and Subaru as Sobiesław ZasadaAutomotive and Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Cupra and Audi as the Cichy-ZasadaGroup.

We are pioneers in the dealership market in Poland,operating continuously since 1991. Our history started with a spectacularsuccess, when Sobiesław Zasada was tasked with creating the first Mercedes-Benzrepresentative office in Poland. This revolutionized the national automotivemarket, while the exclusive showroom by the Royal Route in Warsaw became theplace Poles could purchase the luxurious models of this brand for the veryfirst time.

The Cichy-Zasada group was established in 2020 as aresult of the merger of Mirosław Cichy’s automotive companies with the AutoSpecial company of the Zasada Group and the takeover of the Rowiński-Wajdemajercompany. This was the largest merger in the history of the Polish automotivemarket and an excellent decision, as is proven by the group’s performance inthe ranking. Since then, the Cichy-Zasada Group has been the largest dealershipcompany in the Polish automotive market.
