A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, PhD, Eng. The scope of his responsibilities within the Group: controlling, internal ownership control, group purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing production.

A graduate of Corporate Finance Management at the Wrocław University of Economics. The scope of his responsibility within the Group is the implementation and compliance with the financial policy.
